Return Policy
Our return policy for custom and pre-made hats is as follows:
1. Damaged Items: If you receive a custom hat that is damaged, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged hat, documentation of damaged hat, and arrange for a replacement or refund.
2. Incorrect Order: If you receive a custom hat that is not what you ordered, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.
3. Disclaimer: With the process that wool goes through from harvesting to the body formation, you may notice specks or variations in the fibers, especially in lighter colors. This is natural and unavoidable. Gone Country tries to address them the best they can, but it's a part of what makes each hat one-of-a-kind and authentic.
Please note that we do not accept returns for hats that are not damaged or incorrect. It is important to double-check your order before submitting it to ensure accuracy.
