Our return policy for custom and pre-made hats is as follows:

1. Damaged Items: If you receive a custom hat that is damaged, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged hat, documentation of damaged hat, and arrange for a replacement or refund.

2. Incorrect Order: If you receive a custom hat that is not what you ordered, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.

Please note that we do not accept returns for hats that are not damaged or incorrect. It is important to double-check your order before submitting it to ensure accuracy.
